Unfortunately, the bathroom sewage well was blocked in several rooms, and we moved several rooms, but they were all blocked. Finally, a repairman came and pulled out debris such as hair, dirt, etc. from inside the sewer well. In addition, there is a half-finished building in front of the hotel. There is always noise even at five o'clock in the morning. We had no peace at all. The servants suddenly enter the room without knocking the door, even though we had made a reservation. Privacy has no meaning for them here, I'm really sorry.

Terrible stay for 4 days,from all aspects…

Every thing was terrible.there wasn’t even a kettle and fridge in the room.the mattress was really uncomfortable and there wasn’t room service included every day. The public kitchen was really dirty,the fridge of that was full of uncovered food that last in fridge more than 3 days. Totally worth amenities an hotel can have. The only good point was location.

The guests really enjoyed their stay. The manager was very friendly and serviceminded and the bar were of good standards. It was a friendly environment, with pleasant people all around. The guests would really recommend this hostel, close to both the tram and metro. The guests would like to come back!

I am still staying at the hotel and my experience so far has been absolutely horrible. The checkin was so slow and the male receptionist was disinterested for any greetings let alone offering any help with baggage . Sent me through wrong side of the lift and had to take stairs to get to my room it would have been easier if I was advised to take only 3 steps of stairs and the then the lift which opens right outside the room I was allocated. The cleaning standards of the hotel are awful on next level. The room is so dirty , the corners are filthy and the situation under the beds is disgusting. The housekeeper enter your room to verify if you are staying over rather than checking the system at the reception. The cleaners seem bothered when you ask them to refresh your room and they don’t greet you at all. It’s like I always have to remind twice if I need something. Customer service runs in negative not even zero . I made the biggest mistake of choosing this hostel /hotel , I have never experienced this bad hotel in my life. My recommendation, spend a little more and book somewhere where the staff actually wants to work. Well apart from greeted by a lovely lady receptionist on Saturday evening , the day I checked in ,,, nothing is right about my stay.

Very clean, standard, backpackers hotel, but hip and appeals to younger crowd, but good for short stays too... room is standard, they clean it every two days, shower with toiletries is provided, you have to request for towels though,,,, not too many restos around vicinity,,
